What a fantastic local business especially in a year like this one. Sam, Andy & team are all brilliant. They have great products & are really friendly & knowledgeable. I found them so accommodating, we were desperate to get some proper flooring down as had none after a big re-build but we were waiting for wadrobes to be fitted in our new loft room and thought we would have to wait for that to be done but they came in and did what they could & then came back at a later date to finish off the job, no problems at all. They then came back and replaced a few panels that we ourselves damaged with the

We used this company to change all the carpets at my Nans house. They arrived later than arranged. And then they kept leaving to fit in other jobs. What should have been done in one day, took nearly a week. Maybe if they had done a good job, we wouldn't have minded the extra time it took. But they didn't, so nothing positive to say. Won't be using them again.

I have dealt with several flooring (and other) companies in the process of doing up my house and I can honestly say that none were as good as this company. From dropping by the shop where the service was friendly and informative, to getting the quote and fitting, all went smoothly. The quoting person and fitting guys turned up when arranged, and the fitting by far surpassed previous jobs.
