I have recently dealt with Karen/Nick in a professional capacity through work and have been provided with a new office chair.
For some-one who spends several hours a day working at a desk, and has ongoing orthopedic problems, finding the right chair is more important to me than most. I can only echo the sentiments of the other reviewers and say that the team at Ergomonkey are very professional and very customer focused. Impeccable customer service - Nik who I dealt with was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and generously went out of his way to ensure I got what I needed. This was a small order for home use, but should the business opportunity arise, Ergomonkey will no doubt be my first port of call. Would recommend very highly!

Can I just say what an outstanding service Nik has give to me. I rang up about an enquiry and he helped me every step of the way. He really went out of his depth to ensure I got what I needed. This company is phenomenal! nothing is too much trouble, Nik Karen and the team worked incredibly hard to give us the best deal and service and went above and beyond. They are efficient , thorough, kind, and great value for money. Their products are fabulous and great quality.
They supplied a large amount of chairs to a large |NHS trust to prevent muscular injuries caused by poor posture and long shifts. These chairs have made a huge difference to us; back pain is reducing, staff feel refreshed and cared for. I cant thank them enough for all their care and attention, I wouldn't hesitate in completely

A great experience with Ergomonkey! Since working from home for the last few months, i needed a decent office chair to eliminate the back pain I was suffering from using my old chair. Nik was very helpful with the placing of the order and the customer team were great in keeping me up to date the delivery. The man who delivered the chair showed me how to use the different features and I have to say I'm very impressed with it. I would definitely recommend Ergomonkey.
