DoorTechnik is a family owned and run engineering company based in Lincoln, UK. We specialise in the design and manufacture of custom built glass doors, steel doors, security doors, acoustic doors, blast doors, escape doors and fire rated doors. From our Lincoln factory, we install and supply doors to the UK and Ireland, and we export our products around the world.
From the formation of DoorTechnik, we have focused on quality and approved methods and materials to build consistent products. Over time, our product range and systems have grown and we now also have formal accreditation or certification from reputable external organisations. DoorTechnik apply CE marking to doorsets where required.
We make fire rated doors tested and certified up to 4 hours, but for more information and guidance on this complex subject, please contact us. A fire door will resist fire for a certain time, while the more commonly used escape door has special locking equipment to allow a rapid exit. We have been using Door Technik to supply us with G15 & G20 steel security door sets for the past 3 years.
