Think before you buy from them can you afford to lose that money. Stock i received nothing but trouble from dAy one. Faulty cables. Bad connections on nvr box. You can sit there and thrre it goes again ghosting cracking and interferance . Drove me batty it did. And nothing but round in circles with contact. They contact you if they fedl like it and sve nothing. Ah yes we will look into it for you. Yeah right of csuse you will. So nearly 800 quid down the pan and now hard drive gone up the swanny. So i give up. So thanks Domar for selly unfit for purpose equipement. I have now ripped the lot out

Ordered the zx Onyx Poe NVR and Sony 4k camera, been have problems from day one with missing video on the time line and camera just going blank. Spoke to tech support just been going around in circles, last email said they will get back to me 2mths gone by no reply and I still have a faulty system. I think I'll use eBay next time.(I'm not Chris Holt?)

The order was delivered very quickly. I was informed of progress every step of the way. Te equipment was of excellent quality, more so considering the low cost. Installation was easy and went without hitch. A minor problem occurred during the set up process whih was cured by tech support within 48 hours via a couple of phone calls and emails. I can't praise the company enough for their price, efficiency and courtesy.

Fantastic service and brilliant staff overall - we had a third party company put us into contact with DOMAR to complete our CCTV install at a commercial property and needless to say, even with all the issues we faced, DOMAR was able to help clarify and alleviate all the problems thrown at them.
Would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is less than tech savvy and requires a professional service with no bull - this is the company to use.

Being a novice at CCTV I came across several issues I could not solve. Nothing was too much trouble for Domar via email. To fine tune the system they telephoned me at a preset time and, via TeamViewer set everything so that I could get the very best from the camera system. The Support Officer explained everything he had done too. Fabulous aftersales and Support system. I highly recommend their products and Aftersales and Support system.

I purchased one of their Wireless NVR from Ebay and needed some help to set it up on my existing wireless cameras.
Jason called me at a set time and date, he was really great and polite.
However there were some compatibility issues that we could overcome and I requested to return the NVR back to them, this was dealt with great speed and courtesy.
Well done to everyone at Domar CCTV for a really superb shopping experience.

Adam in particular worked tirelessly to resolve a transcoding issue and also took the time to educate me regarding third party software that I was using.
