Having a log burner fitted in my front room and needed my chimney swept beforehand. New to area so didnt know any local tradesmen, after reading other customers reviews decided to give Graham a try. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We didn't realise our woodburner door was not seated correctly but Graham noticed it and adjusted it saving us £s in fuel. Left the room and fireplace clean and as he found it. Fantastic job, I would thoroughly recommend.

Found out what was the problem with our Rayburn cooker flue rectified same day . Also able to remove broken brick from other wood stove burner. Both issues were not resolved with the previous chimney sweeper we used . Very helpful and Good quality work

We've never had a fire - until we moved into our new house and were advised to have a yearly sweep. I looked through reviews and decided to go with Graham - very pleased I did! Arrived on time and very polite. Explained about the fire, how to light, clean and about the carbon monoxide detector. Very knowledgeable person and very grateful to have learned these tips. The stove had moved, Graham readjusted it's legs, even resprayed where the pipe had moved and cleaned the glass door! I honestly feel Graham goes above and beyond for each customer and I would highly recommend him. Thank you so much

Graham did a first class job. He cleaned the chimney, undertook a camera inspection and full smoke test to confirm that the draw was correct. He also provided advice and guidance on how to use the stove to maximize performance, best places to buy supplies and also advised on the what temperature guage to use. Overall, very pleased with the service. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him.
