I had spoken to Kuki a fortnight ago regarding an audit on the solar panels and battery system installed at my house.
I had arranged with another, smaller, company to remove the solar panels from the house that my son has just bought so that some roofing work can be done. The other contractor turned up, made excuses and left ‘to get another Allen key.’ He said that he would be gone 30 minutes. After 90 minutes he had not returned. After three attempts by me to contact him, he responded on WhatsApp to say “this is more of a specialist job and I am not happy to do it”. I needed the panels

We chose Synergy Power to repair our roof initially because they were the only company we could find who would remove and restore Thermal Solar Panels. Every thing they did from Survey, Quote and completion was professional and non pressurised. The roofers Steve and Tom and Plumber James were punctual polite and clean. The work was completed on time to a standard we could fault. I would recommend this company with complete trust.

Very pleased with the service provided by Synergy. I particularly liked the fact that Kuki came round to the house to do a proper onsite survey rather than doing everything through Google Earth. Our system is quite complicated with arrays on three different roofs so benefitted from a proper planning and design process. The PV installers and electrician were good and left no mess. System working well. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

We approached synergy power to design us a solar PV and battery storage system to combat the latest electricity price increases we are now being charged 0.24p per unit by our electricity provider and the news of another price increase in April 2022 was a factor in reducing our reliance on grid electricity
Synergy power installed a 5.8kwp PV system which was installed very swiftly following an approval from our district network operator and we have also ordered a tesla powerwall2 which is scheduled to be delivered in March 2022 we choose the powerwall due to the favourable electricity tariff Octopus

My principle contact with Synergy Power has been Kuki Dattani who has been an excellent communicator throughout the project. The installation team and electrician were all professional and left the site in a very clean manner.
After seeking a number of quotations I was keen to proceed, if possible, with a local company. Synergy were not the lowest price but whenever I am investing for the long term I always seek quality, a high level of service and value for money. Synergy have proved, to date, that they meet all these values.
We are continuing to work closely with the company to refine our system

Really good all round experience, very professionally installed to a very high quality. Sales is informative not pushy and communication was great.
On top of all this it was also the cheapest quote we got. I'm sure they would prefer to call it "Best Value" but it was 40% cheaper than some other quotes.

I rarely post reviews but in this case it is truly deserved. From first contact to installation the customer service and care was superb. Nothing was too much trouble. Installation went very smoothly and the workman excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering their products. You won't be disappointed.
