We asked for a quote for AC to the lounge and master bedroom. Quick to visit and provide a quote. Good clear advice given with no upselling.

Rapid response to my initial enquiry and talked us through our options and supplied an estimate later the same day. We agreed to have two units fitted in our bedrooms and the appointment to fit was quickly arranged. The men arrived promptly and were very professional in organising the best location for the units. Over 3 days the were tidy and considerate. A couple of days after the installation we had a noise problem and Ilmars quickly organised a visit. Mark took great trouble explaining the possibilities and an hour and a half later they had solved the problem.

We recently had to install air conditioning because of my husband's diagnosis of lung cancer, making it difficult for him to breathe in the heat wave we have been experiencing. We wanted to hire a reputable company to do the installation, and having read up on companies near us, we decided to go with Thorne Air, based on reviews about their work. We certainly were not disappointed! In spite of their workload, they made an extraordinary effort to book the installation for us a week sooner than expected, mindful of my husband's terminal illness.

I engaged Thorne AC to advise and install a suitable cooling solution for my house as, being of modern construction, it become insufferably hot upstairs in the summer. They responded to my request quickly and took me through my options. I had a rather naive view of what solutions were available and they were very kind in steering around my ignorance (very diplomatic!). The solution put forward was very different to my suggestion (thank goodness!) and was absolutely perfect for the job at hand. We quickly agreed pricing and timetabling.
