BoxTop Technologies Limited is a UK based organisation, founded in 1995 and has two founders. Christopher Hewlett, with wide-ranging knowledge of national and international freight forwarding business processes and Bill White, a leading programmer from the fast-changing and mission critical world of industrial workflow and software development.
Support is probably the most important, but often overlooked aspect, when choosing any new software system. But it's absolutely vital when considering a freight forwarding software solution largely because of the high-pressure requirement of 100% reliability - you just can't afford any unplanned downtime!
BoxTop's primary goal is to ensure that our customers are kept happy. We aim to do this by providing the very best in after sales support; we feel this is what sets us apart from the competition. Our technical support centre is based in Windsor, close to London's Heathrow Airport and major motorways so it's very convenient for anyone wishing to visit. For parking we recommend using the Windsor & Eton Riverside Station car park, if arriving after 10am it's probably the least expensive parking in Windsor, and it's a very pleasant short walk to our offices.
