I wanted a system that would record and store in an easy way my patient records which I could quickly access. No more paper records to carry around - just my ipad! A fantastic feature for me is the ability to record the treatment provided on the patient photos in the treatment photos section. Also vitally important is that Consentz is GDPR compliant. Thorough training is provided and their support has been first class. Additionally, Consentz is very impressive and professional in the eyes of my patients. Would highly recommend.

We moved from Pabau to Consentz at the end of 2017. This is an excellent system for patient management and patient interaction. From PC to iPad to iPhone all aspects of patient care can be added and even sent to the patients iPhone should they wish to have it.
I always get through to support when I’ve had a query and always have had a 5 star service from the team.
I believe this system is leading the way forward for non surgical clinical systems and all of us at The London Cosmetic Clinic in Knightsbridge enjoy working within the app based system.

I signed up with Consentz 4 weeks ago. Having run an paper aesthetic clinic for 5 years I can honestly say it has made a massive difference to managing my practice already. After the initial input off data which takes a little time I’m up and running. Tai(head of sales) has been amazing in helping with the transition to paper free, and her support has been invaluable. I can see that now with a paper free system my business will grow and the patient journey with me will be very professional. I also have peace of mind that all my treatment notes and details are somewhere safe. I’m a sole practitioner

We were using a paper based system when my partner started trialing software for our clinic. Consentz was by far the easiest to use, especially for a technophobe! I love how the photo function works with both ghosting and markup functions. I feel this gives a realistic reference points for the current and future treatments. We also feel more professional and clients are impressed with the software and their interaction with it.

I’ve been using Consentz for 9 months.Its been very useful for my aesthetic practice.The note taking facilities are very good and it’s useful to have all the consent forms loaded up.As I work in several different clinics,it’s made it easier to have all my patient notes on hand.I’ve also been impressed with the after sales service and the training to enable me to use the app to its full potential.

This software is awesome. Fully loaded with great features for anyone thinking of opening a clinic or for any clinic that wants to improve their day to day running of the business. Comes out of the box with lots of great features, is GDPR ready and integrates with loads of 3rd party apps. I'd highly recommend it. Seriously good!
