I've had nothing but a great experience with Rooms Outdoor from initial concept to delivery of the studio.
John the owner is helpful and his construction team are great. Superb workmanship, punctual, attention to detail and everything ran and managed to military precision. Quality studio and I'm glad I choose Rooms Outdoor after researching the many different garden room companies out there.
Any issues (however minor) or questions following completion of the build was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
They do a good job at installation but if you have any problem afterwards they will charge you over £200 just to look at it and then do absolutely nothing about resolving the issue apart from saying they are too busy. A real shame but endless emails and phone calls will simply be dismissed.

I purchased a property in December 2019 containing an annexe that Rooms Outdoor had been engaged to construct in 2015. As such I have never been a direct client.
There are a couple of places on the external cedar cladding of the annexe that have warped, when this started I do not know. I contacted the company and sent photos via email so that I could begin to understand options available for rectifying it. I followed up and they provided a quote for visiting and inspecting the site which after consideration I have decided not to take up.

From the very first meeting with John at the office where you can view the Rooms Outdoors actual room to the final emails at the end of the project the process has been seamless.
If you are looking at a room to have in your garden I can only and highly recommend Rooms Outdoors.
The building crew who were on site for the five week period are a gem of a crew. They worked neatly and were respectful of the site and my neighbours. Project manager Ania and Lukas Project Team leader on site were a pleasure to work

Our beautiful Room Outdoor was installed 7 years ago and is still looking great. The installation team were first class and the finished product perfect (as you can see). We recently had an issue with the roof, John and Ania were quick to get their team over to investigate and put a plan in place to rectify the problem. The real proof in a product and company is not only the instllation but how the fix issues many years later. Fantastic.....
