Nene Valley were booked to take down some trees behind our property. They arrived to find council workmen had already started the job. (we & neighbours had spent a long time trying to discover who was responsible for them). Nene Valley were totally understanding, can't fault them. Just moved on to their next job without any fuss! Recently had three trees lopped and could not be more pleased. The service and the end result were both excellent. I was particularly impressed by the way Andy talked to us about what we are trying to achieve in the garden and then cut accordingly. They work safely and cleared up thoroughly afterwards.
