Following moving into a new home I contacted Homeguard with a view to updating the old alarm system and installing CCTV. They were very responsive arranging inspection and subsequent installation in a timely fashion. They explained everything to me in detail offering their professional advice of how they would recommend the set up whilst still taking my views into consideration. They have been responsive however we have contacted them either by email or telephone and nothing ever seemed too much. very impressed with this company. they come out and looked at my original alarm which wasn't working at all. they gave me a price on a new system and how much it would cost to get my old system working. I decided to get up to date and have a the new system. cant recommend it enough I'm really chuffed with it and the app on my phone.

We would highly recommend this company,to anyone that is having a security system fitted ,we have had ours for 4 years now ,and Geoff and drew come out every year to service it ,they message us when it’s due ,so we don’t.have to worry ,all the workers are so pleasant,Dave fitted it for us and he is so good ,not going until he knows we are happy ,and understand how it works,Drew is a very pleasant young man ,and Geoff certainly is so knowledgeable ,the service and after care are the best we have ever had .5 ⭐️

My Homeguard alarm (fitted 8 months ago) reported an issue with a battery. Emailed Homeguard on a Sunday eve, received a call from Drew in less than an hour, came out next day at agreed time to replace the battery. Great service guys, thank you!

Homeguard have just installed an alarm system and CCTV. Geoff and Drew gave advise on the equipment and everything was installed 3 days later by Dave and Lee. The service from the initial phone call to completion of the job was excellent, no mess, no fuss. Advise was given how to use everything and the apps were set up on mobile phones and tablets. Anybody considering having an alarm system or CCTV installed should look no further than this company. Totally recommended.
