Preparing budget estimates and subsequently pro-actively managing the cost, including the preparation of tender documentation and the procurement process, throughout the duration of the project utilising value and risk management techniques where appropriate, to ensure the client's brief is met.

Establishing with the client the brief for the project, establishing lines of communication, becoming a focal point for the design team and client, and then managing the whole design and construction process to deliver a project on time, within budget and to the required quality.

Coordination of the procurement process and evaluation of the contractor's tender submission, followed by the management of the construction phase including undertaking the duties of the Contract Administrator / Employer's Agent under the contract.

I write this review as an IT Support Technician who helps looks after their IT systems. All the staff at Sawyer & Fisher are a pleasure to deal with. We all enjoy having them as a customer.
