The experience in the Fareham store was very professional from viewing, trying and through to ordering. It was estimated up to 12 weeks but because of shipping problems there was a long delay. Paul constantly kept in touch by updating progress. It is now here 2 days before Christmas with 2 very happy customers.

My husband and I bought our 2 Winchester LA-Z-Boy recliners from the Fareham Just4Sofas store. These were to replace our original two LA-Z-Boys, which were 31 years old and bought in California. We trusted the brand after all their wear and tear, including the weight of a big Labrador on my lap! If only we had known about Just4Sofas before. What a pleasure it has been in buying our suite from this company. Having had a very bad experience with one of the large furniture retailers we were a bit skeptical about ordering from a smaller company. However, we needed have worried as Just4Sofas looked after us from start to finish. They even loaned us a two seater reclining sofa whilst we were waiting for our suite to be made. Over the moon with our sofas. Although there was a delay with their delivery, this was totally out of Just4Sofas control. They kept in touch with us regularly with details of what was happening with the delivery and we couldn’t have asked for more. The two delivery men were great; very polite and helpful. We would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent company, amazing customer service. We visited the show room in Peterborough which was really nice as we had the whole place to ourselves with no pressure, able to take our time viewing. Covid 19 has caused many problems for business's but Paul kept us always informed with regular updates. I never leave reviews but just4sofas definitely deserve one! I am totally delighted with my whole experience. I placed the order just before last Christmas over the phone with Paul without visiting the shop - I am an on-line person. I was told that my ordered black sofa was not available, so they delivered another one in a greyish colour so that I would not spend Christmas without a sofa, and planned to swap it afterwards. We agreed the delivery date and they kept me informed during the day as to the time that they would be arriving.

We were a little nervous of ordering such expensive furniture online - two La z Boy leather reclining chairs. We thought the Just4Sofas offer of ‘buy one, get one half price’ might be too good to be true, with either the service or product being less than perfect. We needn’t have worried. It was a seamless service from beginning to end. Paul was really professional, helpful and reassuring, giving us realistic and accurate timelines for delivery (a matter of weeks as they are shipped half way round the world). We were able to choose our recliners from an actual shop which was so much better than buying unseen, but from that point everything was automatic, so the benefits of online shopping combined with the traditional 'eyes on' of the retail outlet. The recliners were finished on time, they were perfect, delivery was efficient and the chaps put the… recliners together quickly. They were friendly and helpful - and took all the packaging away! Popped into the Fareham store on Saturday. Spoke to Sue... Lovely lady, warm, friendly and not pushy! I think we tried out every sofa atleast 3 times... The finalists many more! When we had decided (phew!) Sue was great taking down details and going through everything. Lovely shop, lovely products, lovely people! Just waiting for it to be delivered now. Being a business owner myself I tend to be quite a critic of others... But this gets 5 stars, and that is quite something!
