We had a broken mechanism on a UPVC window and couldn't open it. Called and Thomas came the next day to take a look. Fixed it without any bother and cost was very reasonable. As a woman, I have previous experience of being condescended to by tradespeople and this is now an important factor for me when choosing who I enlist to help. Thommy totally bucked this trend. He was very approachable, friendly and did the job incredibly quickly and precisely. I would highly recommend and will be using again.

At 9.15am I was on the phone panicking about a upvc bedroom window that wouldn’t close, and by 2.15pm the problem was sorted - broken hinges apparently. Richard also pointed out that the original hinges were too small for the weight of the window anyway, and the handle had been put on incorrectly - he sorted this out too. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting an excellent and reasonably priced service from a friendly and very professional guy. Thanks Richard.

Called Thomas this morning to ask for a window repair. He came to have a look at the job and was able to complete the repairs while he was here. New hinges and and handle to my kitchen window. Very pleasant and professional young man and I felt the charge was very fair. Have already recommended him to a friend and would definitely use this company again in the future should the need arise.

Absolutely brilliant service, called Richard on Friday and Tom came out today for a quote and ended up doing the job when he was there, Tom is very professional in what he does and knows his stuff and is a lovely guy, was reasonably priced as well, thank you for fixing our door and windows, would definitely recommend you and use you again in future if have any issues xx
