I asked the Gleam team to clean the roof of my conservatory.
They missed two end panels and failed to clean roof opening window..
Telephoned to ask could they come back to finish job. The team leader became aggressive and said they would come back if they had a job in my area. I am still waiting. The original job was on 7th June 2021.
Had a reply from Gleam team saying they came back and found the dirt was on the inside of the windows and panels.Firstly they have never been back to my address as there is always someone home.No note was left and no record on security camera.
