Worst service from any supplier I have ever dealt with. Ordered roof trim beginning of October, no communication on delivery. Chased them on 19/20 Oct, apparantely Tuffnells had it since 15/10 and were delivering. Asked for an update and no once called. Chased again and told Tuffnells was trying to find my items. Finally, got aggravated on 25/10 and was told they will resend my items directly through their Watford depot (not sure where that is) and my items will be with me by 27/10. Called today (27/10), no update on my product, apparantly now showing out of stock, and they can't seem to get through

Ordered the products I needed and selected and paid for delivery for the following Tuesday (nearly a week away). Waited in on Tuesday as someone had to be there to receive the goods. Nothing! Waited in on Wednesday too (in case courier got delayed the previous day). Nothing! Sent an email asking for an update. Nothing! Sent another email and finally got a response saying some items were out of stock and delivery would happen in the next few days. Eventually turned up the following Monday. If you have to pay for delivery then it should be on the agreed day. Also, I shouldn't have to chase to find

Absolutely useless delivery now 1 month late told by customer service they we’re waiting for my gutter to Come in I don’t even order any gutter!
Promised it would be the following week and still didn’t arrive. Scaffolding now been removed so will have to pay for tower scaffolding to be put up whenever my order finally arrives.
I will be sending fascia expert(?) the bill.
For our next project we need 50 lengths of cladding 20 lengths of fascia 20 lengths of soffit 20 lengths of guttering 10 lengths of down pipe numerous fittings and sundries NONE OF WHICH WE WILL BE PURCHASING FROM FASCIA

I only order material due to the website stating the company was open for business and I was given a guaranteed deliver date. Weeks past the deliver date and still no material and little or no contact! I was eventually offered a refund which still has not appeared despite my daily chasing. I have now gone to my credit card company to claim the money back. Recommend You stay clear of Fascia Expert and go to Eurocell instead, top quality product and price.

I wouldn't recommend anything about this awful company. Took payment for a 550.00 order then after weeks of not being able to fulfil the order and being fobbed off with different delivery dates I finally cancelled the whole order. So all in all I have wasted a month waiting for cladding that a different company delivered in a few days. I did get a full refund but even that was a FAFF and came in three separate payments. Avoid this company like the plague. I wish I had read reviews beforehand.

Order was delayed due to Covid. Read reviews and began to worry, well I needn't have. Customer services answered on second ring, Toni was exceptionally helpful and told me exactly where my order was and expected due date. Delivered today as promised and update email from FaciaExpert also.

Ordered some fascias, soffits end caps and soffit vents because they had a good and easy to understand website. Order was 6 days late which I could forgive with the current climate but 0 response from their customer service. was missing items from order. Emailed them twice with no response. I should have just ordered from a local firm. Not a good experience

No customer service what so ever. Made 3 separate orders over the last month and had issues with all 3. 1st order had wrong down pipes delivered called numerous times but to no avail, emailed many times too again no response. Had to re order and pay again. 2nd order had clip and rubbers missing on gutter outlet, again same response NONE, 3rd order was due to arrive 3 days ago but nothing. Have called over 80 times and emailed many times too but no answer from them. I fully appreciate we are in difficult times but to take peoples money for items either wrong or missing parts or not turning up is
