Compliance with Document L for thermal transmittance applies. Smart's window systems offer excellent weather performance/ratings in accordance with the requirements of British Standards.

Paid this company for whole new guttering system, this caused significant leaks and damp to my home. This company blamed everything apart from their work, they have not returned my calls or replied to my emails to address this. Since had it confirmed by professional tradesperson that the gutters had not been fitted correctly.
Edit: the fascia board you keep referring to is only one small section of the guttering, what is your explanation for all the other leaks where the fascia is not affecting the guttering. Also if this was such an issue should this area not have been secured, at the very least

We needed all of our windows replacing at our premises in Preston and got in quotes for doing the work for a few different companies. From the moment the Dale came out he was professional and courteous and came back to us with a quote quickly. We made the easy decision to ask Dale and his team to complete the work for us. The work was booked in and the fitting team of two arrived on time the day they said they would. Excellent service, Dale really listened to what I wanted, and was very knowledgeable. The fitters were professional, friendly, and took pride in their work. I have had all windows and doors replaced over a period of around 6 months. I have found Dale and the office to be very very helpful. I had a couple of minor hiccups which were resolved straightaway. I also used Dale on my previous home. I would have no issues in using them again or recommending them to others.

I moved into a property in Weeton. I was struggling to get my 2 large sofas through the door so I contacted Dale Reeves to remove a window so we could get the sofas through a window. Not only did they come to remove a window they started helping me move furniture going above and beyond. They were extremely friendly and helpful and would highly recommend them.
