Commercial Report

We understand that Commercial clients feel as passionate about spaces as we do. Wraxall Builders works closely with a client and design team to ensure everyone's expectations are met. The primary focus of a Commercial project often becomes the budget - both financial and schedule - but we believe this shouldn't compromise quality, flexibility or the enjoyment of the building process.

New Build Report

We work closely with the architect to help bring a client's New Build vision to life. We value the opportunity to get involved from the outset - from the detailed design stage through to handing over the finished building. Building a new home is an exciting as well as sometimes daunting prospect for a client.

Heritage Report

For over 35 years Wraxall Builders has been working on buildings listed at Grade I, Grade II* and Grade II, as well as unlisted historic buildings. Our team is trained in conservation techniques and traditional and contemporary craft skills and are knowledgeable about local planning issues.
