Phil Irwin carpets started as a man in a van by Phil Irwin himself in 1975 and was then joined by his son Sam Irwin in 1996. In 2011 we opened the Teddington shop as our show room and have grown our business from there. Phil retired and handed the business over to continue growing to Sam. Sam has developed the business successfully and hopes to continue with the help of his wife Natalie and his strong team of fitters.

Fantastic company. Very friendly, gave us the right advise and they absolutely know their stuff. Installation was done with the highest level of quality, paying a lot of attention to detail. It was not an easy job, lots of uneven floor. They did a fab job, we couldn't be happier! Fully recommend this company

Difficult to put in to words how good the service I’ve just had from Phil Irwin carpets. We were let down at the last moment by a carpet supplier and fitter and faced with only 4 days before moving in to a new house.
By chance was walking past Phil Irwin carpets and it was one of the best choices I could have made. They moved heaven and earth to source carpets we liked that would be available within 3 days then also managed to get fitters. Such a huge relief for me and my wife!
However that was just the start and the job the fitters did was unbelievable- so so so good and they couldn’t have

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Kieran was amazing turning up when he said he would he worked so hard for us in humid and extremely hot weather. Too beat the heat he turned up at 7am to get the job done before it got too hot .
