First time we have used HD Heating and Plumbing Ltd and we are thoroughly impressed. From the moment Gary arrived (bang on time) he was friendly, covid safe and very knowledgeable. We had problems with poor shower/bath drainage, a broken toilet flush and broken thermostatic shower bar.
Gary identified the problems, rectified the drainage issue and said new parts were needed for the other 2 jobs, which he would source and call back later that day to let us know when available. He called back saying they’d be in stock on Tuesday and by Wednesday, Tom called round to replace both faulty parts.

Tom promptly answered our call for help when our boiler would not work and arrived within the hour. He subsequently fitted a new boiler for us a couple of weeks later with his work colleague James. We cannot praise them highly enough. They are hard working and completely reliable and worked tirelessly all day on the installation until they were satisfied every thing was working ok. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who needs work done promptly and efficiently. They were a delight to have in the house.

Tom is the best around!!! He’s saved us on numerous accounts with plumbing issues and just this week a last minute boiler replacement.
Such a professional manner and easy to work with.

Tom and his team came round to install our gas cooker complete with gas pipe running through from the garage . . Really can’t recommend him highly enough! Professional, meticulous, pleasant and very tidy! So pleased with the result we ended up picking his knowledge and hopefully have him lined up for another job!

We bought our house in Cheltenham in May knowing we needed a new main bathroom and rapidly discovered that our en-suite was electrically unsafe. On recommendation, we contacted Tom and asked him to design and install new bathrooms for us. Tom and Craig (CMN Tiling) provided the design, the bathroom expertise, the professionalism and the attention to detail. Excellent electrical support was provided by Johnathan (McGuinness Group Ltd).
