The staff couldn't have been more helpful and booked us an appointment for that day to speak to Graham one of the designers. Been trying to work with this company for 3 months!! 2 bedrooms and a kitchen to the total value of £30K and they don’t seem to want my money!! Patrick the salesman came to our home and measured up and I visited their lovely showroom - a 200 mile round trip. Since then I’ve had every excuse from holidays to Covid but NO ONE returns my calls! Patrick makes excuses over emails and even the Manager Andrew McCarroll failed to return my call despite confirmation from the staff and several calls to his office! A very unprofessional company, beware of false promises should you decide to work with

Looked at a few kitchen companies in Newcastle before settling on BB Trade Kitchens. Unlike other companies, BB has an extensive showroom. The choosing experience was more comfortable and prices competitive. Everything arranged on time by Gordon, our designer, and the kitchen was very well fitted by Ritchie & Chris in only 4 days. Very pleased with result, so much so, that our daughter & family are now having their kitchen redesigned by BB Trade.

Recently had my kitchen fitted and Im really happy with the kitchen and with the way the fitting went.
I had previously been badly messed about by another company so it was really important to me that everything went smoothly.
Everything happened exactly as and when it should, there were no delays or issues and the kitchen was fitted to a very high standard.
Would absolutely recommend.

If you are looking for a designer kitchen in the Newcastle area I’d highly recommend BB Kitchens. Very pleased with the design and installation process for our new kitchen. Quality of materials and workmanship was excellent, new kitchen looks great and much more functional now.

We would highly recomend this firm in particular Keith who went through our plans and did exactly what we wanted and checked the work at every stage nothing was a problem .We were given a schedule as to the work each day and this was carried out to the letter .All of the workmen electricians joiners were respectful and left my home each day clean and tidy. if you are thinking of having a new kitchen then look no further than BB Kitchens and Bathrooms

9 months ago we got BB KITCHENS to fit our kitchen including oven hob dishwasher all the plastering lights electrics plumbing a great job we thought.
After 9 months we are still waiting for pans we were promised as a free gift that came with the hob and now after 9 months the dishwasher has broken down.
The last time that I had to deal with a small item about my oven I had to call the manufacture myself and that was in 2 months after fitting.
I've got no complaints about fitting but the customer after care is rubbish they promised to come back when the work was finished to make sure we were

Really impressed with the prices of this company, recently purchased a bathroom and have previously had 0ur kitchen and 2 bedrooms done! Really professional service and the staff that we dealt with were very professional organised polite and hardworking, could not reccomend more. Really delighted, the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms look amazing!
