Ritchie Phil And Rhys fitted the 3 replacement in my flat. They were all very friendly and professional throughout the installation and removed the old blinds for me and also took them away. Nothing was too much trouble. I shall certainly be using Heath windows again in the future. 5 star service from start to finish.

Fantastic service throughout. From Max who came to quote, who was helpful, honest and had our best interests at heart, through Mark who did our survey and sorted a few niggles out, to the installation team led by Richie (Rhys, Phil & another chap), simply cannot fault them. Install days were horrendous weather and not a complaint or a downed tool. They even took all our photos down in the house whilst we were shopping, as the draft caused by the windows being out and storms meant they were all bashing on the walls and they didn't want them to fall off. I cannot rate this company highly enough at all stages of the transaction. From initially pricing the job , to keeping in contact and to the absolutely superb installation of all upstairs windows which went impeccably and without any issues at all. The installers were polite, efficient and did a really great job. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company at all and will use again for the remaining windows in due course. Five stars plus !

I had 5 windows done this week fitted by Heath windows.The guys who done the work was Andrew,Lee and Lee they have done a excellent work from start to finish me and my husband are very pleased with the results and I would definitely use them again to do my kitchen window and my back door. Excellent company from start to finish! Heath Windows provided a detailed and competitive quote for aluminium patio doors, composite back door and two windows, followed by a very comprehensive site survey and clear communication prior to installation. Andrew, Lee and Lee did a fantastic job on the day, keeping us informed throughout the installation, and really went to great lengths to ensure a beautiful, first class finish for the products. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service from start to finish - at no point was anyone pushy or pressuring for a sale, and everyone dealt with was professional and attentive. Had (nearly) a full house of windows, French doors and front door, all completed to a very high quality in only 2 days. Reviews from others were fully justified and warranted, cannot recommend highly enough!

We have just had all our windows replaced by Heath windows. From our first discussion with Matt in the showroom through Mark the surveyor to Andrew and his team of fitters we have received a 5 star service. Nothing was too much trouble to them and all questions were handled with understanding and professionalism. Andrew and his team were punctual and expert in their fitting leaving the site super clean and tidy.
The product is excellent and quote competitive.

It started with Bryn the salesman who was open and honest from the start and was clear that they would not be the cheapest quote I would have but they were the best in quality and service and how right he was.
The quality of the product is excellent and everything I asked for there on day 1 of fitting and they team turned up at the time they said they would.
The fitters Rich and Phil were exceptional and the quality of their work was outstanding and the level of detail they went to ensure I was happy surpassed

Heath Windows replaced all of our downstairs double glazing for us which also involved replacing all the window sills and the surrounding frames. The work was carried out to a really high standard and we are over the moon with the results! The team were always very respectful and took care to leave things clean and tidy at the end of each day. We would definitely use them again for future work on our house.
