I used Cardiff windows and doors to replace the windows in my previous house about 5 years ago.

Had a new front door and side panel installed October 2021. Fantastic experience all round from initial enquiry to install. Very accommodating (fitting a cat flap I owned into the new side panel) and everyone I spoke to seemed to know exactly what they were talking about which was very reassuring. The install went very smoothly and the two people they had do it made sure everything was cleaned up and finished to a high standard. The house had bulky glass bricks and a 80s textured wallpaper in the hallway which I was concerned would leave a weird gap in a more slim profile side panel but they covered

Extremely happy with product and installation. We ordered a composite door which required fitting to unusual dimensions. Neil very kindly took us through the possible options and provided a prompt quote (which was the best of 3 established companies' quotes we received). The door arrived spot on the estimated delivery time. The installers were both very nice, worked hard through the day and did a fantastic job. Very pleased.

In their write-up, they refer to themselves as a “small and friendly family run business” … and this indeed allows them to focus on tailoring to individual customers’ requirements, rather than force-fit a vanilla solution of their preference. Owners Nicky and John know their craft very well, and this cascades right through their office staff and to their dedicated fitting team. They supplied us with two Origin bifold doors, and we were delighted with the process and with the fitted products.

Fabulous company to deal with from the time of the first enquiry to ordering and fitting. Great advice provided to assist us in selecting the most appropriate product for what we needed. Found that this company offered great value for money as well as high levels of customer service. Both John and Nicky were always happy to help with any queries or changes prior to ordering and we were kept up to date throughout the process ensuring our proposed fitting date was met. During the week of fitting you couldn't have asked for a cleaner tidier team of fitters, ensuring protective coverings were used

We shopped around for quotes and visited 4 or 5 companies to suss the market out. Nicky and John were fabulous with us from the start and we trusted our gut feeling and secured an order with them.
