Boiler should not be Beyond Economical Repair (BER). After one year of cover, if your boiler is BER and less than 5 years old, we will repair it with free labour cost, you only need to pay the equipment's cost.

We have had no heating for a month and have been having to heat our hot water from our immersion heater. Our bills have been super high because of this, radiotors completely cold and hot water not consistent.
Talib came and this PRO just dominated ! He knew exactly what he was doing, he did all the tests and he had our radiotors hot before he left the house and he was only here like 30 mins ! What I appreciate the most was that explained to us exactly how our pipes system/heating worked and made sure that the water was being heated from our boiler and not being overrun by our immersion heater

We've had no heating and barely any hot water for almost a month and we reached out to various services as our heating bills were super high and we were relying on our immersion heater for our hot water.
When we finally reached out to AZAD services they responded quickly and sent an engineer to us within 24 hours even during this busy winter period.

My power tripped and I couldn’t restore it myself. I called AZAD plumbing and they were busy but after I explained I needed someone ASAP , I got an engineer sent out within 30minutes. Daniel (Dan) arrived.
He was calm, polite and very professional.
He quickly figured out and restored my power.
I also showed him a broken tap which he fixed within 2minutes. This same tap, I was told by another plumber needed the whole bath taking out or a wall cut out to fix!!!
He also fixed small leaking pipe under a sink- which he also tightened. I am impressed he did all this additional work considering

They are fast to come and provide a quote. The worked seemed to be going ok at first but he didn’t finish what we hired him to do and charged us more than his quote! Beware as if he takes longer than he estimated, he will charge you more without agreeing with you beforehand. And also keep in mind that the quote he sends you DO NOT include VAT! So your final bill will be higher! Not using them again.

I have used Dan and his colleague’s services for many years. The firm has provided me with plumbing, gas safety, internal decoration, electrical repairs and general maintenance work. Almost without exception the work has been carried out to my satisfaction and on those extremely rare occasions when a fault develops soon after the work has been completed Dan always sends someone round to fix it free of charge and very swiftly.
The firm prices work reasonably and carries it out promptly. I have found the members of the firm to be very approachable, they wear protective coverings over their shoes
