Our Carbon Monoxide alarm went off and I called Plumber Dave and Daughter and they came out straight away the same day to carry out safety checks. The alarm was due to it being an old detector and nothing to do with the boiler itself, but gave us great peace of mind.
This is great aftercare service after installing a new combi boiler earlier this year. I would highly reccomend Dave and Georgie for any plumbing needs.

Critical: Value
A few bits and pieces needed, plus a boiler 'service' (just plugged into laptop). Both here for an hour, for a pre-booked appointment, yet still charged £270 + VAT for labour - and the boiler (2 years old) didn't work after they left. A hugely expensive disappointment.

A 100% fantastic plumber, called in a panic as our new boiler wasn't working , He knew it was in warranty so told us to call the boiler company. Boiler company said they wouldn't come out for a week. Dave called the company for us and they were on the doorstep to fix our boiler the next day. So kind, friendly and unwilling to just take your money!!!!! Always call Plumber Dave.

We met plumber Dave under very difficult and stressful circumstances as we had been done in by a cowboy builder. Despite our circumstances, Plumber Dave managed to come to our rescue at very short notice and fixed our most urgent issues straight away. Going forward Dave has embraced the massive under taking of doing and completing all our plumbing and gas work that we have needed to complete our two story rear extension, which included fitting a new Mega flow system and new Ideal Boiler.

As a young woman, approaching a plumbing service can be a very daunting prospect. A friend had recommended Plumber Dave, so I thought I would give it a try. Dave put me at my ease straight away and explained the whole process without any technical jargon. He did a great job, and provided excellent customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and will definitely recommend him to others.
