During our 35 years in the industry we have been fortunate enough to have worked on many new build projects, from small Eco-Friendly 500sqm bespoke properties to Grand Georgian Manors located on Green belt land. Our designers enjoy taking inspiration from around the world along with your vision to create truly beautiful habitable spaces.
An initial consultation is a great way of getting very clear advice on whether your proposal or idea is viable, during this meeting we can highlight any potential issues and costly alterations that may be required. Site surveys last 1-1.5 hours and include two members of the team meeting you at the property.
Converting houses into flats is becoming increasingly popular. There's a high demand for affordable properties in the UK, and splitting a property into units can maximise both rental income in the short-term, and profit on sale in the long-term. But be warned as in most cases, when a proposal becomes popular Councils begin to resist approvals to prevent too many conversions in the area.

Such a fantastic experience with LPS we secured planning permission quicker then anticipated and building regulations approval soon after, they guide you through the process and take all the weight off you.

Fantastic team, amazing experience from start to finish, nothing was ever to much hassle, they worked efficiently to get us the planning permission we needed and came up with some amazing design ideas. Great value for money, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
