Services
Plans 4 Homes was created by Martin Casey of MJC Associates. Martin has over 20 years experience within the house building industry. He has gained planning and technical knowledge, through various senior roles with major house builders. Martin's depth of experience comes from heading up various design departments whilst remaining very 'hands-on', having been responsible for some of the country's most groundbreaking residential developments.
Due to each clients unique specification, prices cannot be configured until after the initial consultation. However in order to minimise financial exposure we like to charge 50% on planning submission and 50% on building regulations submission. Thus insuring that if planning approval is not granted, the fee remains only the planning fee.
