Chris & Chris went above and beyond to install a new fridge/freezer in a super-tight tenement galley kitchen, into appalling cabinetry. They also lugged it up to the top floor (after having taken the old one down).
They were extremely friendly and professional throughout, even when the job kept springing unwanted surprises on them, and finished everything to a very high and extremely satisfactory standard.
We knew this would be a very awkward install, and had called around before ordering an appliance to see who would be able and willing to take this on.

I had an extremely helpful call with them regarding our poorly performing Samsung fridge freezer. rather than blindly trying to get me to pay a call out fee the gentleman took the short time to discuss the issue and provide advice on how and what it may be whether it was worth trying to repair. The answer was no but I thought it was refreshing to firstly take the time to discuss and secondly to provide honest opinion.
Will be returning to him in future when I do need a repair.

This.company supplied and fitted anew washing machine for me,day two lt would not empty,when l phoned to let him know he would not come back he.said it was now not his responsibility and to contact the manufacturer.Ten days later the Hoover man arrived,the outlet pipe was too long and the machine would not spin,when l phoned Craig he did not believe me.l told him he could come by and see the cut pipe he refused.My concern for anyone who does have any appliances that are not fit for purpose he takes no responsibility in resolving any problems.Hope you can have good neighbours willing to help with

Called this firm initially for fault with washing machine. Younger Chris attended and repaired. Was very impressed with excellent communication and prompt attendance. Fair and reasonable charges. Then contacted firm for faulty fridge/freezer. Needed a new appliance so both Chris’s attended to deliver and fit. Again excellent communication and prompt attendance. Professional service and very customer friendly. Highly recommend this “dynamic duo”.

Chris & Chris came out to fit an integrated machine that a high street department store's fitters were unable to install correctly a couple of days before. Machine was slotted neatly into place and cabinet door re-fitted in mere minutes. Exemplary and efficient service - polite and professional to a tee. Highly recommended.

Excellent and professional service from the Chris's. My washing machine broke down and I called Appliances of Edinbyrgh, who were out the next day. I was advised the machine was beyond economical repair and they quoted a new one, which was install a few days later. They also tested the new machine to ensure all worked well and took the old machine away. All for a great price. Definately recommending Appliances of Edinburgh to friends and family.

I used A of E Limited recently as my washing machine had sprung a serious leak. It was so bad that my machine was actually condemned to the scrap heap. But Chris went that extra mile and took my machine away to take it apart and rebuild it.The service I received was second to none and I would certainly use them again should the need arise. Well done A of E and especially young Chris. Excellent and efficient service and given the work involved very reasonable too. Can't praise them high enough !!
