Had a problem with a window lock that would not lock. Initial diagnosis not great as window obsolete and parts no longer available. However, after a few minutes thought Lee came up with a solution and the lock was fixed. Suspect this needed much experience and skill, many might have said I needed a new window. So great service and very pleasant and friendly and honest service. Thanks.

For a lock that he did not deal in, he shared contacts of another locksmith who was equally prompt.
The job in itself was set up smoothly and was done on time to a good standard.
