Fab electrical store with friendly staff that are actually qualified to give advice to us customers that are slightly lacking the skills required for most electrical problems!
Although I am local, I tend to avoid Coventry businesses as a rule.
Many past experiences have ended badly, plus I seriously feel that I get a more personal service & honest advice & price structures outside Coventry city.
That said, this store is a breath of fresh air & I would strongly recommend DSK Electrical.

I ordered 4 lights and they arrived quickly and look amazing. Unfortunately my carpenter broke one of the shades. I called DSK to see if I could order a replacement. It will be here tomorrow. Fantastic service and friendly helpful staff. I would definitely recommend them. And will be using them again. Thank you.

This place is awful
Went inthere with my dad for item we had allot of money to spend but the clerk who I's Asian really rude don't even want to help
So we made it clear dont wamt to spend our hard cadh in store instead went to ikea up the road brought two lamps cheaper more modern also more helpful so basically if you want service with a snarl this is the place for you if not avoid rude place
