Jeffrey Burrows inherited a strong work ethic from his grandfather and at the age of 16 followed in his footsteps, working for the family company, JR Burrows, a highly respected textile recycling business, established in the 19th century. One evening, back in 1968, Jeffrey came home to his wife Patricia and said "we are going to start our own business."

Liz was amazing in doing the 7 point measurements for me and husband. She patiently listened to all our doubts and questions and suggested different options of sofa and recliner and the fabric that can go with. She is very welcoming as well ensuring the guidelines to be followed to keep herself and the customer safe. It was amazing experience and a good purchase.
