We spent many months deciding on the type and colour of paving for our replacement patio.
Working through many Supplier online/brochure pictures and samples. In many case samples did not live up to the pictures and customer services were at best average. PrimaPorcelain were exceptional in both sample representation and customer service, in particular Dimitar who provided excellent advice and accurate delivery times.
We decided on the Cotswold Ivory colour, 60x90cm paver.
The product arrived on pallets with each paver encased in cardboard, I have never seen such attention to protect a paver.

I spent a very long time looking for tiles for my new home. After much searching I found PrimaPorcelain. Their tiles are absolutely fantastic. I bought the Travertine Grey tiles. These are generally intended for use on the floor, but after getting advice from PrimaPorcelain I used them on walls too. I fully tiled the kitchen diner, bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom walls with these tiles. I uses the same tiles to clad a concrete staircase. I couldn't be happier. Everyone who visits comments on them, and they all think they cost considerably more than they did! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PrimaPorcelain

We are very pleased with our tiles. I ordered online and the delivery was quick and straightforward. There were some tiles broken on delivery and these were easily replaced. The customer service we received from Luke Watling and the team was excellent. We chose slate white and used these for the inside and outside flooring of our extension and patio. We have had a lot of compliments on how the tiles look. I would definitely recommend this product and this company.
