Ordered lights from website. Was then told they would need to be ordered in. I then found another email in my spam folder asking if I still wanted the lights or to cancel the order. I then replied to this stating that I still wanted the lights and that they had already wasted my time by not placing the order. I then got an email to say they had cancelled my order as they might not be able to fulfil it in the given time scale. Terrible customer service, one phone call is all it would have taken as they had my number. Very unprofessional and now I will no doubt have to let my customer down due to

I recently made an online purchase to buy a replacement driver for some under cabinet mounted LED lights in my kitchen. It was impossible to find the same make/model in Canada or USA, but fortunately I stumbled onto Novel Energy’s website by accident and found the exact same unit. Upon ordering, receiving, and installing, it all worked out and my lights are working properly again! So I’m sending a huge warm thank you from B.C. Canada. Cheers.

At last. A company where you can actually speak to a real person.
We'd had a couple of bathroom led downlights installed which failed after a year. After 6 months trying to get satisfaction from a company somewhere in China I finally gave up.
An extensive search of Google turned up Novel Energy Lighting. I am was able to call them and confirm that they had the lights I needed in stock.
They arrived in good time and took a couple of minutes to fit.
The quality difference from the old set was immediately noticeable, from the packaging, labelling on the product, and the product build quality.
