I visited Surrey Hills Garden Buildings nearly two months ago now with a view to getting a new shed. Having been given a brochure to peruse, I called a few days later to discuss the finer points of getting someone to visit and carry out a survey. No one replied to my telephone message. Leaving it a couple of weeks before trying again, I put another call in and actually managed to speak to someone requesting someone contact me to do the above. I was assured someone would call me - it’s very disappointing to say no one’s bothered to do so as yet. I’ll be taking my custom elsewhere and would

Shaun and his team were brilliant from beginning to end. We bought a greenhouse as a surprise present. They were able to provide all the information required to ensure we got the base right before they arrived and then they constructed it in secret. They were polite, helpful and went that little bit further to ensure a great service. Would recommend them to anyone. The recipient was chuffed to bits with it and it has been utilised since. The greenhouse looks great and is very practical with several optional extras we were able to add. I only wish it had been bought for me!

Visited and booked a home meeting. They never showed up. No call to say not attending. I'd taken the time off work so revisited that morning to find out why. They had forgotten. As a customer with limited technical understanding of this industry, I am at a huge disadvantage in appraising a supplier. Basic customer relations become a vital indicator. Poor in this regard.
