Husband and wife team, Dennis and Tracey, have worked side by side for over 10 years and both have active roles in the day-to-day running of the business. With their son, George, managing the site team and installations, ensuring that from start to finish you are in safe hands.
Our design team have worked closely with our carpenters to create a range of garden rooms that bring both style and functionality to your garden. All of our garden rooms are fully insulated and designed to be used all year round. Each one is made to order and therefore can be made bespoke to your exact requirements.

However all of the components are interchangeable, enabling us to offer a complete bespoke service and help you buy the garden room you desire.
Our design team have worked closely with our carpenters to create a range of buildings that bring both style and functionality to your garden. Take a look below to find out what is included and how we create our garden rooms. The standard price includes the windows & doors in uPVC as shown in the image.
The buildings are fully insulated with 50mm insulation boards in the walls, floor and roof. All insulation and plaster boards are foil backed, giving superior vapour resistance and additional heat retention. This provides year-round comfort. Upgraded insulation is available, if required, and we can insulate according to your needs (e.g. for acoustic purposes or sleeping accommodation).

We had our garden room built in August and we're really pleased with it. All the team at LTB were really helpful throughout the whole journey. The design process was straightforward and we were able to fully customise the plan to meet our requirements. We had to wait approx 4 months before the build could start, but this was due to demand and was made clear to us from the beginning.
The construction team were also great and very friendly. They were always punctual and cleared up at the end of every day. The build took 7 or 8 days in total and the quality is excellent. Overall we have no complaints

From our first visit to London Timber Buildings display village in Uxbridge to the day of the cabin delivery was such a pleasure, every time I contacted the office with a query there was an immediate response back and me being so undecisive there was a lot of this so thank you. We finally went for the traditional Greenwich Log cabin and are so pleased with the outcome, the wood for the cabin itself was top quality and the double-glazed doors and windows matched the same standard. I finally have the family games room that I have dreamt about for years so thanks again to LTB for this, you have made

Our garden room and decking was completed the best part of a month ago and we have thoroughly enjoyed decorating and furnishing the space. It has absolutely transformed our entire rear garden - the old “shed“ that stood at the bottom of the garden had become an eyesore but, as in life, one gets used to seeing past the ugliness. It is only with the… addition of the most amazing room there, that we now recognise how the garden is integral to our lives. We are so delighted with the finished product and are writing this note by way of a huge ‘thank you’!

After much deliberation and countless emails to a very patient team, we decided on a Wembley cabin with a side shed and adapted slightly to our requirements. It was a very smooth transaction, we were kept informed at each step and it was delivered and built slightly ahead of the estimate which was fantastic.

When you make contact with a company you can instinctively get a positive feeling about the service and products they provide. In the Summer of 2020, we visited Smith’s Garden Centre and were impressed by the exhibition of LTB Garden Rooms. After generally reviewing the garden building market, we eventually revisited LTB and found the team extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to check detailed structural specifications from the warm membrane roof right down to the eco anti-rot foundations. Great company to deal with, have previously purchased a shed, that I was so impressed with, including a base on uneven ground. Decided to finish of the area with decking linking cabin to shed. The carpenters were very professional and as can be seen the boards were fitted diagonally to give a different feel to the space. Now all I need to do is buy new furniture!!

I would highly recommend London Timber Buildings! The whole team are great, professional and extremely helpful. The whole LTB team are a great bunch!
They built my cabin structure back in June and I decided to complete the finishing touches myself, now it's all fully finished I expect it will outlast me!

WOW! Amazing! That has been the feedback from my Facebook friends when I shared photos of our new log cabin and I have to agree with them. LTB were amazing from beginning to end throught what has been a difficult period for all involved.
Lets start at the beginning...the office staff offered great insight and advice, nice not to have pushy sales people. They allowed us to take our time, answering queries quickly, offering support and suggestions on best options.
