We have been selecting and supplying high quality hardwood timber, wood products and mouldings to UK consumers who use and appreciate timber. As traditional timber merchants our on site workshop is able to produce fine mouldings in either hardwood or softwood.
We can machine our timber to virtually any shape or size, and regularly produce mouldings that are unique to our customers needs. Solid hardwood worktops are made to measure using full-length wide staves, to complement the finest kitchens.

Called Theydon Timber to ask about bespoke mouldings service and received very helpful good advice from Darren. Popped in today with a template of the required skirting and dado rail and Darren sorted out just what I needed with some clever user of the circular saw and creative thinking. Saved the cost of setting up a special cutting head which would have been expensive. Will definitely be using TT for future timber requirements, highly recommended.

Can't believe the bloke that owns this place is still in business! He'd better hope Wickes doesn't start cutting wood to size. Barely speaks, looks like he can't be bothered and when he makes an error acts like it's your fault and throws the correct piece on the side and when asked if that's it, nods and walks off....bizarre, not even an apology??? Been when the older man is there and he's an absolute pleasure, shame he's not there more. My advice, give it up mate and let someone run the business that actually wants to, go and do something that makes you happy if that's even possible
