The company has been established within the outdoor building and leisure products industry since 2000. This enables us to have complete control over the entire construction process. With total control over dispatch and delivery we're able to deliver our products with ease and give a prompt, efficient service.

Blunt sales team on the phone.
Ignorant delivery driver made me take all the shed parts off the vehicle.
NO BUILDING INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED.
No access to .pdf instructions for me to print - they rely on video tutorials which are not convenient when building a shed in the garden.
Useless helpdesk online told me to phone up though I explained that I had no access to a phone.
Need to register to complain or request missing parts but I bought as a guest so cannot get online.
Telephone helpdesk person (non-UK origin) was rude.
I certainly will never use Billyoh or GardenBuildingsDirect ever again

Avoid this company like the plague.
Instructions are more complicated than inplied by website. Product is shabby.
Pictures and descriptions are a lie....
When you finally get a response from them they admit that they are happy to send inferior products that dont look like the pictures and they don't care. Yes I did paraphrase the above. The wording they actually use is as follows....
"Please be assured that this will not affect the overall structure of the building and is fit for its purpose. As for the felt, photographs and images on the website may have been supplied to us by the manufacturers

Not sure where to start- disappointed is an understatement
Not sure where to start. Delivered shed as they said. This is the only thing they did that was acceptable. Shed was poor quality and wasn’t accurate to size measurement. Even with the overhang was short. Quality of materials used very poor and some warped already. Got nowhere with customer services so asked for a refund and for them to collect. They advised that this would cost £60 chargeable to be. I just cut my losses and accepted. Now they arranged collection and I had the day off to ensure all correct. They sent message updates

Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered an expert workshop based on lots of positive reviews which I now doubt the origin of.
On delivery all the parts were delivered in plastic packaging and were soaking. The green felt roll was also split making it unusable.
If I hadn’t demolished my old shed and had the contents waiting to be replaced in the new shed I would have refused delivery.
Phoned customer services and complained and the offshore operator was very unhelpful.
Took a week for the replacement felt to be delivered. The timber quality and strength is shocking. I spent over 2 hundred

Given 1 star for actual Delivery which was well tracked and the only thing as promised when actually getting a delivery date.
Sales lie over availability and dates, customer services don't seem to have a clue what is going on.
The product description is misleading.
And as for the quality, well just save your money and add a bit to your budget and to be honest with go and view what you want to purchase and not trust the Internet.
It is rubbish don't even have the heart to bother assembling at the moment.
Timber quality is no better than match sticks, panels are not square, 2 panels are warped
