Really friendly delivery man, courtesy calls and updates on delivery. Easy to put up and my summerhouse looks great! My husband and 16year old brother put it up in 4 hours. Can't wait for summer to get the garden looking amazing! Absolutely no negatives to my experience at all, and looking for another purchase to elsewhere in the garden

Only one critisism in that transport blocks at the bottom of the panels were held by cerated nails which were very difficult to remove and in fact no matter how careful I was I still managed to split some of the cladding. You sould try ordinary nails here. I've tried to add some photos to show the potential of this excellent summerhouse

I purchased a Dutch roof 10x8 shed to be used as a workshop and storage area. The product arrived when it said it would and was erected on an area already concreted. I was really pleased when I was refunded some money with no hassle for a base I purchased but did not need. It is solid in construction and a tin of paint and roofing felt were left for future maintenance should it be necessary.
The Company, sales team and Fitters were all courteous and professional. I was asked all the questions needed to get the product I wanted. I would recommend this Company to anyone who wants a sturdy, well

I purchase a 7ft x 11ft Corner Summerhouse with side shed attachment. There was a couple of months to wait before delivery, so I installed an Eco grid base ready for when it arrived. The delivery driver was excellent and very polite and helpful. Overall the quality was fairly good, with only a few knots and a couple of missed nails. The instructions were not great and printed very badly, but there are some very good instruction videos by the manufacturer on YouTube, which are far more useful. I put the whole thing together, on my own, in less than a day, although it would have been easier with

The Mercia 12x8 summerhouse was the cheapest deal at the time, with lots of 3rd party advertising for the same summerhouse but more expensive. Simple to erect, and as stated is a 2 person evolution but straight forward enough. The things I found frustrating were the hole for the mortice lock was drilled too far over that the locking mechanism was no where near the second door.(A second hole had to be drilled and the lock moved over) Secondly there was no catch for the other door to which the mortice lock mechanism engages with (Had to use part of an an old cupboard hinge to create a makeshift device

We wanted a summerhouse without an apex roof, this is ideal, sits nicely in the corner of our garden on my prepared base, without looking ugly, it gets sun from mid afternoon. We are very pleased with the product, looks fantastic, the ordering and delivery was a pleasant experience with no problems. I would recommend looking at a youtube video for assembly, its straight forward for anyone with some DIY skills and some kit, you do need an extra pair of hands when assembling the main structure. The various bits of trim finished it well, you should use a clear mastic on the windows to stop rattle

Ordering was a pleasant experience and very easy. My second shed now from these. Delivery was brilliant and the delivery man was great. As I purchased a 12 x 8 shed, I had my dad help me to build it. Love it. It's mahoosive, all my tools are in as well as 5 bikes and a very large roof box.
I even have room now to have a small work bench in the shed. Many thanks.

We bought the 2.6 x 3.3 Log Cabin last year.
A lot of wood is delivered!
The 6 week delivery meant plenty time to clear the site beside our deck. The driver unloaded the wood in a convenient location to avoid double handling.
It was easy for one person to assemble, only requiring two to erect the door frame.
We were surprised how much the walls shrank as the wood dried out this spring - you need to ensure the bolts on the battens on the walls are loose enough to let them expand and contract or else gaps will appear between the "logs" .

Really good shed for a great price.
I've had my Mercia Pent 8'x10' shed up for a few months now and it's really useful. It has also been through a bit of rain that has checked its waterproofing and found no problems.
If I had one minor complaint it's that the floor is a bit flimsy. I have reinforced it by covering it with some plywood which makes it much more solid. Similarly, I think I'll replace the windows at some point with perspex (the supplied ones are a sort of flexible thick polythene sheet). That's just me tinkering though (when a man has a shed, he tinkers!) the building as supplied
