Mrs Nixon suffered from an illness which meant her health would deteriorate and possibly need use of a wheelchair in the future. She often travelled from county Durham to London to stay with her daughter. Mrs Nixon didn't want to impact too much on her daughter's family, so Garden Room Sanctuary created a plan to build a disabled, wheelchair friendly garden room with built-in en-suite shower room and kitchenette.

The Garden Room Sanctuary built my art studio a couple of weeks ago and I cannot fault their work. All the guys were skilled, polite and worked tirelessly during the few days it took to build. I am so happy with the quality and finish and would highly recommend this company. If their timings slip a bit, bear with them - weather and materials sometimes have an impact.

Absolutely blown away by our garden room which had been expertly produced by Michael and his team and in a very quick timeframe. They have been flexible to our requirements through the build and design phase. It’s exceed my expectations and Michael has been excellent to deal with throughout the process. It’s made a world of difference to our garden space and I would recommend this company 100%.

We were given great service from Michael. We placed our order for The Malhamdale and paid the deposit for an installation in November 2020. Unfortunately due to Covids impact financially we had to cancel the order. Michael was extremely understanding and our deposit was paid immediately. He couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely re-order when we can.

As a result of this year’s lockdown we were aware demand for Home Studio was high and a number of Providers could only offer installation dates in Spring 2021.
We commissioned a Studio in September and managed to secure a November installation date with Garden Room Sanctuary - the design options and flexibility of specific details were ideal and we felt appropriately price.
The Two Fabricators were hard working polite and cheerful despite the foul weather during the majority of the Project. During the construction they frequently checked we were happy with the Spec and pointed out options and

Just a few words to say what a team Michael and Gary are. They arrived 4.30 PM Monday evening and by the time it was dark they had the base constructed. They worked solidly for the next 21/2 days and the end result is a fantastic studio for my wife to use as a craft room. The guys are totally professional in their workmanship and this shows in the end product. I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone.

NO NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER, BOOK THIS COMPANY! We've had a garden room built by Garden Room Sanctuary and are delighted with the results. Michael could not have been easier to deal with and made the whole process a doddle! Michael and Sam are the hardest workers we have ever met, and demand the highest possible standards of themselves - our building was constructed in the worst winter weather imaginable and their spirits were not dampened.
