Very professional, offered the best quote out of 5 other companies including ADT. The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. He advised us on what to get which suited our property. He quoted us so we made the most out of security system, so we didnt purchase too much. A date was set for installation, the engineer was prompt and completed both the intruder and CCTV within the timeframe. The engineer was very friendly and extremely professional, we didn't even feel he was there during the time of installation. He tidied up after himself and was respectful of our space. He tested the system

Had a fault with my bell box, alarm going off for hours. Struggled to get someone out. I security came out the same day ( within hours ) had it disconnected in less than 2 mins no fuss. Gave me a detailed explanation of the issue, and my options going forward, no pressure selling. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
