I charge from 45 to visit your home or business, this is based on you booking online. To book over the phone the call out charge is 55. The callout includes up to 1 hours labour, in 95% of cases this is enough time to repair your burglar alarm system. All replacement parts have a 12 month guarantee, should you have any faults on your Burglar Alarm within 1 month of being repaired, no further call out will be charged.

The veritas 8 control panels have been around since the mid 90's and are still made today, they are one of the most simple alarms to use. Silent part set - can be programmed not to wake others in the house when setting at night. Double knock - Detectors can be programed to onlt activate after the second trigger, this greatly reduces false alarms.
I do not mail order parts for these panels and only repair them in the areas listed on this site. I can upgrade or repair any ADE Optima XM4 or XM6 burglar alarm system in most areas including Rochdale. Lack functionality in part set and can be a little long winded when setting the alarm when you are in bed.
I had a call from this customer requesting a quote for a wireless system, we agreed a mutually conviniant time for me to visit. When I visited the customers home I was interested in why the customer was so keen to have his wired system removed to have a wireles installed. My customer promtly showed me cables that had been chewed by his new pup, I advised the customer that it is not normal practice to have cables on show.

Contacted Rochdale Alarms this morning as we had a fault on our alarm. With it being a Sunday we were really surprised when within a couple of hours Nick contacted us and asked if he could come straight round. Within an hour of arriving Nick had diagnosed the fault and fully repaired the alarm at a reasonable price. Really impressed with the service we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rochdale Alarms.

Lives up to previous reviews, booked appointment online and received response within 24 hours for next day appointment. Nick attended on time, very polite, fully Covid compliant and explained everything he was doing to a complete novice, in terms I could understand. Replaced the battery and checked the system. Already had a hard wired alarm system but it was fitted over 15 years ago so needed an upgrade or whole new system. Rochdale Alarms came round and recommended a new alarm box as a start and fixed connections for a new front door the door fitter would not reconnect so everything now works. Now getting an upgraded alarm in the next few weeks which combines hard wired and wireless technology if I've understood the chat we had correctly. I'm sure he will do a great job when its installed.

The people who installed our wireless system are no longer trading so we contacted Nick at Rochdale Alarms, and very pleased we did. Although the system was new to him he quickly understood it's working and carried out the service at a fair price. Called him at 9:00 Saturday to say the control panel was flashing a low battery alarm, the fault was fixed that afternoon.

Despite being on holiday, Nick responded quickly to our enquiry and subsequently was able to fit us in soon after. He replaced our 25 year old alarm with a wireless one in less than half a day. He is a clean and tidy workman and understood our requirements. The new sounder was smaller than the original one and he took the trouble to paint the weatherboarding around the area. We were impressed! We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.
