Had to ring them today as there was a fault with my alarm, the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, very friendly and polite, we couldnt fix the problem using the keypad, within 10 minutes there was a team member at the door to replace the faulty part. No cost was asked for.

On recommendation I contacted Nova Alarms with a request for a quotation for an alarm system. They responded initially with a phone call then with an email clearly listing possible options and precise costings and arranged a site visit for a few days later.
Adam attended on time and, after an assessment giving a clear and logical explanation of options fitting my individual circumstances, I agreed to having a system installed. There was absolutely no hard sell and I felt under no pressure to buy.

Absolutely brilliant service! Had problems with an alarm going off (not ours - belonged to the previous owner). Someone came out to fix the problem straight away as we wanted it disarmed due to it being no use to us. Our tinitus has gone and we can now sit in silence. Cannot thank you enough. Quick call out, decent price and very happy customers :0) will definitely be using them in the future. During the pandemic we have not used any other call out services but they are covid safe and we felt at ease. You are in safe hands with this family run business x
