We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund.
BCS Property Projects offers a range of damp proofing services include rising damp control and penetrating walls using damp proof membrane. The phrase "rising damp" can strike fear into any homeowner's mind, however with accurate diagnosis and a correctly specified solution, it does not have to be the horror story that many dread.
BCS Property Projects offers woodworm and dry rot treatment for wood preservation damp proofing throughout the UK. Timbers in our properties are under constant threat of attack from insects, fungi or both. Floorboards, roof joists, skirting boards and door frames can all be affected by infestation or woodworm or rot, and left untreated an attack can have devastating consequences on a building.

Great company from start to finish. Had an issue with rising damp, surveyor came and found the problem. The work was carried out by a lovely team, polite, efficient and friendly guys who kept us informed throughout. My property was left in a clean and tidy manner. The communication from the office was also great. Would highly recommend BCS.

I contracted BCS to tackle an extensive Dry Rot problem, and Tanking two basements as part of a large scale renovation project which involved returning two 5 story properties from commercial to residential units in Newcastle City centre. The work took place over a year and half and BCS were extremely accommodating fitting around our program with their operatives making several visits to site, as and when required. Efficient service for woodworm treatment. We were managing this from a distance but staff were very helpful and communicated well . Work carried out at the time specified and the Property was left in good order . Technicians also repaired a faulty door which was great. Very pleased with the whole process.

Delighted with the service from BCS. The survey and subsequent work was carried out in a short timescale. I was given a detailed quote and staff were happy to answer my queries.
