After living with damp for 4 years we finally decided to get it sorted this year. We had many quotes locally (York) but Nick from Amco responded to a my builder post and surveyed for free and quoted. He completed the survey around me working downstairs, took the time to explain the process in a none salesman way and then left with no pressure. He… was able to answer all the questions we had. The work was carried out to a good standard by 2 gentleman who were polite, approachable and efficient. we were able to decorate a week later. I would highly recommend SG Property Renovations. They carried out some damp treatment in my house, as well as opening the fireplace and fitting a wooden lintel.
