Wallseal Preservation is an approved property preservation contractor, serving the Sunderland, Newcastle and County Durham areas. All work is fully guaranteed by Wallseal Preservation, and to give our customers extra peace of mind selected services can qualify for optional guarantees underwritten by Westminster Guarantee Protection Trustees Ltd.
Wallseal Preservation offers all home-owners a free survey at their property, followed by a no-obligation quotation for any work that may be required. Whilst the majority of our surveys are free, there are some occasions where we need to charge a fee, for example, a survey carried out prior to the purchase or re-mortgage of a property.
Checked and Vetted is the only organisation in the UK that meets, checks, vets and verifies every company before they are invited to join. The verification process includes ensuring proof of identity as well as relevant insurances and accreditations. Upon completion of any work, Wallseal Preservation asks our customers to complete an independent "customer job report card" from Checked and Vetted.

I would definitely highly recommend this firm. Work was done to a high standard and quickly. They arrived on time on a day that suited us and were really helpful and friendly, they even helped us fix something that was nothing to do with the job we'd booked them for!! I thought the poor guys would be fed up after dealing with all our pets… pestering them, they'll be anyone's for a good scratch 😂. The unit they've fitted is neat and well placed and we feel confident after having how it works explained that we'll have no more issues with black mould and condensation. We paid a much
