Very poor experience & customer service overall. The engineer arrived and was rather unfriendly and not communicating. After having left and not having given a proper debrief in which he could have flagged any issues, we then received a call from British Gas a few days later advising that a recall was needed. Apparently, the engineer didn't have the proper equipment needed to conduct the full annual boiler service (but didn't tell us about this). Took us an hour on the phone to figure out what had happened, and get to the bottom of this. Terrible service, not a company that BG should be working

My boiler is around 15 years old, and has been serviced annually by British Gas via one of their Service Plans, each year the engineer taking just over an hour to complete the job. This year BG outsourced my service to S O'Brien Heating Solutions and the work took just over 15 minutes. I'm awarding 3 stars as the engineer from S O'B was great at communicating why he was late, he was polite and appeared very efficient, but I am unsure as to how he managed to do the work in around a quarter the time which British Gas usually take, hence just 3 stars.

My heating stopped working on Sunday, i called S O'Brien's who confirmed they would get somebody out to me on the following day. They turned up on Monday morning, fixed my heating and hot water and got my boiler working again. I could not fault their speedy customer service, kept me up to date and ensured everything was fully operational. Very professional people. Thank you so much S O'Brien Heating !!!

Yusuf came today to sort our heating out after it not working properly since we moved in last February.What an AMAZING engineer !!… he was calm, polite, efficient and so knowledgeable!…. He managed to work out in half an hour, what three other heating engineers had failed to do…. Fantastic service!!
