Prior to my arrival all I require is, a clear passage from the front door to the chimney and adequate space to work in. Please remove any ornaments or delicate items from around the hearth and mantel piece. I take extra care by using thick uPVC sheets for your floor and also use a number of techniques for preventing dust from escaping.

Dave is very polite and professional keeping in contact with his estimated time of arrival. Once onsite he is very proffesional and clean. I have had him in to clean both before and after a woodburner installation both times requiring different methods and equioment and each time i was impressed by how little disruption or mess was involved. He also advised on stove condition and use. When it comes time to book again next year i wont hesitate to call Dave.

Dave was a really nice guy, right away made conversation admiring our new lawn etc.
Very clean and tidy, has covers for his shoes and a large matt to put all his tools and equipment on.
Did a very thorough job, and left no dust behind.
He even gave some advice if I ever wanted to change the glass in the front, where to go and how to do it myself.
Couldn’t recommend him enough

Lovely chap, friendly, efficient, and has done a great job of sweeping the chimney. It is drawing a lot better than it has for the last couple of years - our old chimney sweep was clearly rubbish! Will be using Dave from now on. A* service!

Dave arrived on time and took care to put on overshoes to protect the carpet. He masked off the fire before he swept the flue liner and consequently there was no mess. The inevitable soot that was removed from the liner was efficiently vacuumed away. I had a few general queries about the best fuel to use etc and Dave answered these fully.
A friendly, efficient and affordable service, I will use Dave again next year.
