I run a business locally and turned to this company to help with quoting a conservatory and then other bits for my own business customers and they just failed to quote, failed to respond to anything emails calls and this is a terrible way to run a business. I drive past their yard a fair bit and just laugh

Hi I would just like to warn anyone about using Pavillion glass to do any work for them .
A glass panel broke which was installed over 100 years ago on the pavement outside our Victorian property was replaced by Pavilion glass in February.
My mother was dealing with the job as i was away and she asked for the strongest glass possible as it was going to be installed outside on the pavement.
When the job was completed she said to the company that the glass looked to thin, they reassured her that it was the correct glass for that purpose, so she paid the bill in good faith.
Well here we are four
