H&B Cleaning Services was founded in 2005 by Beata, who after many years working as a property manager and inventory clerk, knew how important a good, reliable cleaning company was. All too often she saw deposits being disputed, unhappy landlords and disappointed new tenants, which only made her job harder.
End of tenancy cleaning doesn't have to be a chore. Whether you're moving out and need to leave the place spotless or you're an agent left with a dirty flat; we can help. We've experience of working in property for both pre and post tenancy so we understand the importance of getting things right (and clean) first time.
The communal cleaning is inspected by a trained supervisor to ensure an exceptional standard of clean is maintained and provided. Our contracts are tailored to our client's requirements; our cleaners can carry out cleans on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. As well as cleaning, we are also your second pair of eyes; should there be any maintenance issues, we will report this to you so that it can be remedied promptly.
As a reputable Estate Agency, we have been using H&B Cleaning for approximately 2 years and we are more than happy with the excellent service provided by them. Excellent cleaning service! I had to leave my flat in a pinch and didn't get the chance to remove some broken items before I left. H&B cleared some broken glass for me and left the place absolutely spotless! They picked up some keys at the letting agents to let them selves in, and lock up when the clean was completed, in order to avoid me having to come all the way back to London to let them in. Importantly, they are also very responsive to emails. Very professional and competent. Would highly recommend.

We use HB Cleaning services for all our End of Tenancy and Deep Cleaning. The team are super efficient from quotations to booking in jobs. The cleaning is always carried out to a high standard.
